Barbara Du Bois, Ph.D. (Harvard University), is a Lopön (Master Dharma Teacher) and lama in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. With clarity, humor and fearless love, she shines a frank Western light on the path. Her principal gurus are H.H. Dudjom Rinpoche and H.E. Garchen Rinpoche. A long life of service includes work with disarmament, refugees, and initiating a women's peace movement in an active African warzone.
