This story is based on the birth of their first grandchild, Taegan. They also have Gracen, Siena, Sabrina, Sophia, and Henderson.
Gracie Gibbs Franks, Ed.Sp., is a native of Brilliant, Alabama and has resided there her whole life. She has been married for 51 years to Wendell Jan Franks. They have two grown children Wendell and Leslie and Andy Botzer and 7 grandchildren. Gracie is a retired Educator with almost 40 years in the Elementary School classroom and as an Elementary School Administrator. She is a graduate of the University of North Alabama, an accomplished musician and singer. She is a member of various organizations including the Alpha Tau Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma Society International.
