Discussions about the future of artificial intelligence (AI) tend to view it as distinct from, and potentially as a threat to, human intelligence. What has been less examined are the potential applications for AI in assisting the human decision making process. This report bridges the gap between the technical and policy sectors to examine how AI can contribute to different aspects of security policy.
