Professor Apostoli Sirtis has little inkling of the horrors he is about to unleash when he perfects his molecular transfer machine. Unwittingly he succeeds in bringing to life the Titans, whom Zeus had consigned to Tartarus for all eternity. Zeus himself is forced to reappear too, with his children Caster, Polydeuces and Helen, to try and defeat his old enemies. Zeus is not quite the all-powerful figure he once was, but with the help of his children, and of the secret agents Perren and Mauser, he begins an epic battle against the Titans which rages from Mount Olympus to deepest Shropshire. Will Zeus manage to cast the Titans back into Tartarus before they can seize and destroy Sirtis's machine and so ensure that they can never be sent back?
